ABX Air, Inc. is seeking an ABX Supervisor Crew Travel Flight Admin to manage and coordinate crew travel arrangements. The role involves scheduling transportation, hotel accommodations, and catering, as well as overseeing flight administration staff and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

Schedule required flight crew air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations and catering in accordance with the requirements in the collective bargaining agreement

Coordinate with the Crew Scheduling Department as needed to ensure all necessary crew travel arrangements are in place

Source, select, negotiate, and contract with crew hotels to ensure CBA compliance and manage costs

Monitor crew hotel, travel, and catering costs for performance and potential savings opportunities

Track crew hotel, airfare, ground travel and catering costs and coordinating with accounting to ensure the accuracy of accruals and expenses

Manage and direct Flight Administration staff and required tasks

Oversee the FAA and Union correspondence files

Maintain the crew seniority and attrition lists

Performs other related duties as assigned by management

This position supervises the Flight operations administrative staff, both full time and casuals
