Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets across multiple formats and touchpoints
Translate strategic and conceptual content into clear visual narratives
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and researchers to visually shape ideas and experiences
Support client-facing and internal deliverables such as presentations, frameworks, and storytelling materials
Maintain consistency and quality across visual outputs
Contribute to evolving visual systems, guidelines, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in visual design (experience level may vary by focus area)
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and storytelling within at least one focus area
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to understand strategic content and translate it into compelling visuals
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
High attention to detail, proactivity, and flexibility
Spanish native or fluent; working proficiency in English
