Responsibilities
Cold call business owners to originate off-market acquisition opportunities
Work skip-traced owner lists and maintain disciplined outbound activity
Qualify owners based on business size and motivation to sell
Schedule acquisition discussions directly on leadership calendars
Follow up with owners to advance conversations
Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or deal origination
Thick skin and consistency with high volume outbound calling
Clear communication skills and professional phone presence
Strong organization and CRM discipline
