Residency Program Coordinator
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Residency Program Coordinator to assist in the development and management of residency program operations. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring compliance with accreditation guidelines, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders in the residency program.

Responsibilities
Assists the Residency Program Coordinator in the following duties:
Assists in overseeing the residency program daily activities; collaborates in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures and standards
Establishes and ensures residency program goals and objectives are accomplished
Collaborates with the Residency Program Director, and APD in the development of the strategic planning of the residency program
Acts as a liaison between residency and of-site rotations, affiliated hospitals, and medical schools
Organizes and prioritizes the daily activities of the residency program staff; monitors work progress status and ensures compliance with deadlines
Troubleshoots discrepancies and determines appropriate corrective actions to be taken
Serves as contact person for the interpretation of policies, operational procedures and residency program guidelines
Assists in overseeing the development and planning of the internal review process, recruitment, orientation and graduation activities
Participates in the development of the residency program academic and clinical requirements to ensure accreditation standards are maintained
Analyzes and evaluates measurable objectives for the residency program
Makes recommendations for program improvement
Qualification
Required
TAGME Certified
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5 years with administrative experience in a medical and/or academic setting
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite – Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook
Data collection and entry
