Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations across three shifts

Drive production efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery

Implement and sustain 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and workforce performance

Partner with leadership to plan capacity, growth, and expansion initiatives

Identify and implement process improvements to meet rising customer demand

Foster a positive, accountable, and hands-on manufacturing culture

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality to optimize molding operations

Required

Proven experience managing operations within a plastics manufacturing environment

Experience leading multi-shift operations in a manufacturing setting

Ability to thrive in a small-business environment with broad responsibility

Preferred

Plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred
