Responsibilities

Build and deploy AI-powered features across frontend, backend, and platform

Apply LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, document processing, and workflow automation

Prototype rapidly using real customer data and feedback

Ship user-facing AI with strong guardrails, reliability, and UX

Optimize systems for performance, latency, safety, and scale

Contribute to architecture, testing, observability, and production readiness

Partner with Product and Delivery to refine workflow-driven behavior

Build reusable platform components, libraries, and prompt frameworks
