Responsibilities

Engages with senior leaders and HR to understand the business talent needs, challenges and priorities in order to build proactive sourcing and go-to-market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent
Use creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery and other channels to generate new leads, and nurture existing leads within the United States and EMEA
Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand
Provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and Leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions
Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks
Ability to utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in depth to help inform the recruitment strategy and educate hiring leaders

Demonstrated advanced technical sourcing methodologies
Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand
Provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and Leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions
