They are seeking an Intermediate Designer who is passionate about high-end residential design and ready to take on more responsibility with guidance from senior designers. The role involves managing renovation projects, developing design concepts, and collaborating with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing residential renovation and decoration projects from concept to completion

Develop design concepts in alignment with the Principal’s vision

Create and present client-facing design proposals, mood boards, and materials selections

Produce technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and lighting/electrical plans

Research, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories

Assist with FF&E procurement, order tracking, and installation coordination

Review architectural plans and cabinet shop drawings to ensure design intent is met

Conduct site visits and collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors

Maintain organized project documentation, action lists, and digital task tracking (Asana)

Support budget tracking, pricing proposals, and vendor coordination

Assist with mentoring junior designers and design assistants

Contribute fresh ideas and creativity to elevate our firm’s work
