Responsibilities

Lead or support the setup and configuration of CSI Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, Job Costing) to meet client requirements
Analyze client financial processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions and best practices within the CSI platform
Improve financial workflows, controls, and KPIs, focusing on areas like multi-site, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions
Work with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to ensure financial data integrity and system integration
Develop and customize financial reports and dashboards (e.g., using SSRS, BI tools) for better financial visibility
Provide end-user training, develop documentation, and offer post-go-live support for finance processes
Identify system gaps, work on personalizations, and support integrations and upgrades
Contribute to project planning, status updates, and ensure alignment with client timelines

Required

3-5+ years with Infor SyteLine/CSI, strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing
Deep knowledge of CSI Finance modules, SQL/reporting tools, and ERP best practices
Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Financial Reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, and project-based accounting is often key
