Responsibilities
Enter and bill all fuel deliveries accurately and within required timelines
Reconcile fuel invoices within 48 hours of delivery
Confirm accuracy of all customer and fuel billing in PDI
Maintain documentation, records, and data integrity for all billing transactions
Support accounting with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Demonstrate and consistently model Home Oil Company’s Core Values in daily work
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to follow-through
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
Two years of billing experience
Experience with PDI
Experience in accounting or fuel industry billing systems
Four-year degree in Accounting or related field
