This role involves supporting the design/build team through architectural drafting, rendering, and managing design projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Assisting in meetings with clients to determine initial project parameters and requirements
Assisting in meetings with project consultant to coordinate design elements and code requirements
Assisting the project lead in managing the design project from concept development through project completion
Prepare drawings, renderings, specifications, and construction documents
Review and understand project scope and contract for professional services
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in architecture or related field
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team
Must possess the ability to design, document and problem solve during construction
Autodesk Revit software experience required
Strong creative and visualization skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must have a strong attention to detail and be organized
Must possess the able ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Must be proficient in MS Office, including strong skills in Excel, Word & Outlook
