Responsibilities
Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
Prepare closing documents
Review and resolve title, survey and leasing matters
Draft easement agreements and other ancillary development documents
Comprehensive real estate due diligence
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
4+ years of strong general real estate experience, particularly in leasing matters
Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, closings, and other real estate documents independently and efficiently
Willingness to focus exclusively on real estate work as outlined above
Preferred
NC preferred
Knowledge of homebuilding space a plus but not mandatory
Candidates in Seattle preferred but not required
