Develop and maintain a network of business partners both internally and externally
Manage a portfolio ensuring limited credit risk and operational soundness
Drive new business opportunities into the Bank by way of networking with referral sources and prospecting
Grow and retain existing commercial banking relationships
Package and present loan request presentations for the approval process
Participate in community events to promote the Bank and give back to our communities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance or related area
Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lending
Strong credit skills
Business development experience required
Good communication skills
Extensive knowledge of banking policies and procedures
Preferred
Experience in SBA lending preferred
