Responsibilities
Lead and support enterprise-level Agile transformation using SAFe principles and practices
Drive adoption of Lean-Agile mindset across teams, programs, and portfolios
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery teams
Coach executives, leaders, product owners, and teams on SAFe roles, ceremonies, and best practices
Promote continuous improvement and a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with organizational strategy
Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure on-time delivery of business value
Balance Agile execution with traditional project management expectations where required
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams
Ensure effective communication and visibility through dashboards, reports, and Agile metrics
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including workshops, retrospectives, system demos, and planning sessions
Resolve cross-team dependencies and support effective decision-making
Ensure compliance with SAFe framework guidelines and internal governance standards
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking in alignment with Agile delivery
Support audits, reporting, and governance reviews related to Agile programs
Continuously assess and improve Agile maturity across teams and portfolios
Qualification
Required
