Responsibilities
Take, enter and manage daily lock volume
Upload/process existing locked loans
Review daily pipeline reports and manage lock expirations/extensions/relocks to ensure appropriate coverage through loan closing and purchase
Maintain lock documentation, ensuring its delivery and communication to appropriate parties
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal employees and external partners
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience working with Encompass and PollyEx preferred
2+ years of experience working in the mortgage industry preferred
2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office/Excel
Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver exceptional service
Knowledge of mortgage banking operations, pricing, programs, products and procedures
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on schedule
Strong multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills
