Responsibilities
Ensure the uptime, health, and availability of mission-critical systems
Automate systems administration and operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise services and infrastructure
Administer and maintain Linux-based systems
Implement Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, and Configuration as Code practices
Develop automation scripts and tooling using Linux-based scripting languages
Contribute to process improvements, reliability enhancements, and team best practices
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support program objectives and service-level commitments
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Strong Linux systems administration background
Experience with automation, scripting, and enterprise service management
Preferred
Demonstrated success maintaining system uptime and reliability
Experience with IaC/PaC/CaC frameworks and tools
Knowledge of modern DevOps, SRE, and observability best practices
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder negotiation skills
Proven ability to provide technical leadership within a collaborative environment
