Responsibilities

Drive the Product Roadmap Own the Salesforce FSC product roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with advisor needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements
Partner Across the Business Collaborate with advisors, operations teams, compliance, and IT to capture requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize features that drive measurable impact
Enhance the Client & Advisor Experience Champion Salesforce as a CRM and client engagement hub, ensuring seamless integration with portfolio management, financial planning, and communication tools
Oversee Development & Delivery Manage the agile delivery process, working closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and integration partners to deliver releases on schedule
Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance Implement processes and features that maintain data quality, security, and compliance with wealth management regulations
Drive Adoption & Training Promote user adoption through targeted training, documentation, and ongoing feedback loops, ensuring advisors maximize Salesforce capabilities
Measure & Optimize Leverage analytics to evaluate feature performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and iterate for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, or digital product management, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce platform management
Strong understanding of wealth management services, advisor workflows, and compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, integrations, and AppExchange solutions
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in operational settings
Agile project management and SDLC knowledge
Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and measure success
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects

Preferred

MBA or Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud)
