Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau and/or Sigma to provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance
Analyze revenue trends to identify opportunities, risks, and operational improvement areas, and clearly articulate the story behind performance
Support forecasting through rigorous data validation and scenario modeling
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on attribution, campaign analytics, and funnel performance
Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights
Work closely with Finance to support annual planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling
Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements and solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or related analytics roles
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Sigma, including SQL-based dashboard creation, data modeling, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
