Scientific Solutions Partner

They are seeking a Scientific Solutions Partner to drive net-new revenue growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, and research organizations by managing the full sales lifecycle and building trusted relationships with clients.

Pharmaceutical

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the life sciences sector
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive sustained revenue growth
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving scientific, technical, and business stakeholders
Partner with internal teams to design and position customized service solutions
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize long-term value
Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance in CRM systems
Represent Rancho BioSciences at client sites, industry conferences, and trade shows
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs

Required

Bachelor's degree (BSc) or higher in a scientific or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling professional services and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Preferred

Familiarity with bioinformatics, data analytics, or data-driven solutions
Exposure to pharmaceutical R&D, clinical research, or academic research environments
