Responsibilities

Production Supervisor will manage teams of injection molding supervisors / teams / techs in the Manufacturing Operations area

Work will involve providing guidance to injection molding team members regarding production targets, quality, and safety

Participate in problem solving related to quality and production - prior knowledge of plastic quality problems - mold problem, short fills, flash, parting lines etc is a huge plus

Coordinate Maintenance of injection molding machines lines

Be a self-starter and lead the department

Required

7 or more years experience as Supervisor or Operations Manager or Production Manager in an injection molding environment

Background in Injection molding

Knowledge of Blow Molding or Compression Molding or Injection Molding

Prior knowledge as a process engineer, mold tech, molding engineer from an injection molding environment will be considered

Experience in people management as a senior team leader or plant manager or production manager or operations manager in Automotive Parts Production operation
