Responsibilities

Manage the execution of a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives

Assemble cross-functional teams, identifying an inclusive set of stakeholders

Develop and maintain roadmap of key activities, sufficient to drive progress and escalate potential blockers

Clearly frame current state, and distill need for change, along with evaluated option-sets and recommendations for path forward

Facilitate executive-level workshops and steering-committee meetings to align stakeholders and secure senior leadership buy-in across the organization

Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into concise presentations and recommendations for C-suite and Board-level audience

Enable organizational evolution by developing stakeholder-focused content that drives localized and sustained adoption of key initiatives and decisions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience managing the execution of a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives

Ability to assemble cross-functional teams, identifying an inclusive set of stakeholders

Experience developing and maintaining a roadmap of key activities to drive progress and escalate potential blockers

Ability to clearly frame current state, and distill need for change, along with evaluated option-sets and recommendations for path forward
