Participate in disclosure meetings with clients
Spearhead drafting patent applications
Interface with clients directly to incorporate client feedback
Take the lead in Examiner interviews, drafting responses and appeal briefs, and delivering oral arguments at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)
