Entry, Mid LevelIntePros is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to support a rapidly expanding production and warehouse operation. This role is critical for ensuring seamless coordination across manufacturing, materials, and supply chain functions, managing schedules and maintaining accurate material planning.

Responsibilities
Own schedule management for assigned material categories
Release and manage production orders and purchase requisitions
Manage material movements and material requests from production plants
Perform clear-to-build assessments for production work orders
Monitor adherence to production schedules
Manage MRP exceptions, shortages, and floor scrap replacement
Continuously improve reorder points and order modifiers to optimize material availability
Resolve data quality issues affecting planning and execution
Drive stock availability while reducing cost and risk
Provide data-driven reviews to management focused on supply chain and material performance
Create and maintain SOPs for transaction processing
Support short-, medium-, and long-range planning activities
Influence supplier and internal teams toward continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing or Aerospace Environment Experience
Proven experience working in a manufacturing, production, or aerospace environment supporting material flow and production execution
Supply Chain Expertise
Strong background in supply chain operations including material planning, scheduling, inventory, and production support
MRP Systems Experience
Hands-on experience using MRP systems to manage material planning, shortages, and production readiness
Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), refugee, or asylee due to export control regulations
Must successfully complete a U.S. government background check and fingerprinting to receive site access
Preferred
Experience using SAP (including SAP S/4HANA or similar MRP platforms)
