Piper Companies is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to support the execution and management of clinical operations activities across multiple phases of drug development. The Clinical Trial Manager will coordinate site start-up activities and manage the flow of patients for designated studies.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned clinical operations activities for designated studies, including but not limited to:
Drafting, reviewing, and QC of protocols, study plans, and study manuals
Site feasibility, identification, start-up, and close-out
Site management and patient recruitment/retention strategies
External vendor selection and management (e.g., central labs, imaging)
ETMF oversight and management
Inspection readiness and investigational product management
Create, update, and maintain study trackers
Participate in cross-functional clinical study team meetings
Communicate updates, risks, and issues to study management
Support vendor setup, manage contracts, and review change orders
Review and approve vendor invoices

Qualification

Required

5 years experience in clinical trials within biotech or pharmaceutical companies
CRO/vendor management expertise
