Responsibilities
Own social media strategy and execution across two brands
Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with:
Mr. Wong’s LTOs and in-store initiatives
Ms. Wong’s recipes, product education, and founder-led storytelling
Publish a minimum of two organic posts per week per account
Edit company-provided video content into final, ready-to-post assets
Write voiceovers, captions, and select cover imagery
Repost brand-approved UGC in a timely, thoughtful way
Track performance weekly and deliver clear monthly analytics reports
Deploy and manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok
Strategically boost organic content to support: brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and sales impact
Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, optimized, and reported
Apply strong audience targeting aligned with brand goals
Help identify and test micro-influencer partnerships as part of ongoing brand growth
Generate and manage UGC
Support giveaways, promotions, and community engagement
Comfortable with video editing and design tools to maintain brand consistency
You’ll work closely with internal teams and leadership, with clear expectations around content needs and timing
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Strong understanding of social strategy, analytics, and platform trends
Experience with restaurant and or CPG brands
Confident in video editing and design work
Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Strong communication skills are a must
