Responsibilities

Develop the Commercial Banking Client Reporting and Notifications product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision. Set the direction for new Information Reporting and Notification services to deliver value to Texas Capital clients and fully commercialize these products

Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success

Proactively delivery insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes

Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making

Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position

Develop deep subject matter expertise in the commercial online banking platform to provide additional product management support

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field

Minimum of 3 years Treasury Product Management experience

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Demonstrated track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities; Experience with Treasury Solutions products including Information Reporting, Payments and Receivables across multiple channels including online, mobile and API

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Experience managing vendors and FinTech's

Experience leading agile build teams

Location – Texas (Dallas / Fort Worth)
