Qualification
Required
Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal
Experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly on the lender side
Ability to manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings
Experience working directly with clients, title companies, surveyors, zoning consultants, and other vendors
Ability to review and analyze real estate documents
Ability to prepare review letters
Ability to assist attorneys
Ability to coordinate due diligence
Ability to support the Commercial Real Estate Finance team to ensure smooth, accurate transactions
