Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with BoomCloud’s solutions while fostering client relationships and analyzing client data for actionable insights.

Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Strong abilities in Customer Retention, adoption and Relationship Building to nurture trust and ensure long-lasting partnerships
Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting client data and identifying trends that drive business improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Proactive mindset with the ability to work on-site in Lehi, UT and contribute to a collaborative environment
Preferred
Familiarity with dental or healthcare industry software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
