Responsibilities
Analyze prospective acquisitions, development opportunities, and existing portfolio performance using comprehensive financial modeling and market analysis
Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel and Argus models, including pro formas, IRR analyses, and equity waterfall structures
Perform in-depth market research across current and target geographies to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Create investment memoranda, presentations, and analytical reports that clearly outline assumptions, risks, projected returns, and strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally with asset management, leasing, and development teams to enhance portfolio performance and drive long-term value creation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline
One to four years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong emphasis on industrial and warehouse assets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus financial modeling tools
Solid understanding of core financial principles, including cash flow analysis, leverage structures, and partnership economics
Professional self starter; eager to learn and grow with the company
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
