Responsibilities
Assisting customers in the showroom, including providing information on products for purchase or rental, and assisting with repairs
Performing maintenance and repairs on mobility equipment, both in the showroom and through field service at customer locations
Ensuring excellent customer support by addressing questions and concerns and maintaining an organized and clean showroom environment
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for mobility equipment, ensuring timely and effective servicing
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service, addressing and resolving technical issues both on-site and in customers' homes
Excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication and problem-solving to support customer needs and experiences
Basic technical knowledge and ability to use tools for maintenance tasks
Valid driver's license and good driving record for field service responsibilities
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to various tasks associated with the role
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role or technical background is a plus
