Responsibilities
Support live game incidents, including on call hours
Be responsible for the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process
Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team
Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking
Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline
Qualification
Required
Exemplified experience within mobile game production
Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly
Skilled in facilitating cross-team discussion, organization and planning
Outstanding communication skills; adept at articulating sophisticated business situations to a variety of audiences
Validated influential skills with ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
Confirmed understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
Steadfast self-motivation and initiative
A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
