Responsibilities
Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery
Plan, manage, execute, and deliver projects on-time, on budget, and to the performance expectations of the client
Coordinate traffic team members on projects; delegate tasks, manage project timelines, and ensure quality delivery
Lead, develop, and implement design approaches and task management functions on projects
Act as the Engineer of Record for project deliverables
Support municipal engineering needs throughout Arizona and the firm
Create and monitor scopes of work, budgets and schedules as well as manage risk
Monitor all financial aspects of the project, including invoicing, budget status, accounts receivable, and monthly reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum Experience: 10 years
Education: BCE
Registration: Professional Engineer (PE)
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
PE registration in the State of Arizona
Minimum 10 years of related experience
Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency with relevant engineering software packages expected for work with Arizona public agencies
