Financial Services Support Associate
Duncan Financial Group is a family-run financial services organization headquartered in Irwin, Pennsylvania, focused on providing exceptional financial guidance and support. The Financial Services Support Associate will provide administrative and operational support to financial professionals, ensuring efficient account servicing and client communication.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process account maintenance requests such as beneficiary updates, banking instructions, etc
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in good order
Complete financial planning documentation and manage client billing through invoicing systems
Submit marketing materials for compliance review, make necessary revisions, and manage CRM document uploads
Provide login support and system navigation assistance for clients using industry specific software
Prepare new account paperwork and monitor account transfers and rollovers
Assist with trade execution and money movement requests under advisor instruction, ensuring protocol compliance
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, and text messages
Manage simultaneous requests from multiple financial professionals with strong prioritization
Deliver high-touch, premium client service with professionalism and attention to detail
Guide clients in navigating online platforms, setting up logins, and resolving access issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment industry
Comfortable working with various digital platforms and tools used in the financial industry
Proficiency with standard MS Office software (Excel, Outlook); experience with financial systems (NetX, Wealthscape, Redtail, Albridge) is a plus
Ability to learn and become proficient in multiple software platforms, including CRM and compliance tracking platforms, investment account systems, and communication software
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
High professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
