They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the Community Wraparound Division, managing front desk operations and assisting program staff with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Greets and assists staff and visitors, answers phones and email requests
Maintains building room reservation system
Collects mail from Corporate Office and sorts and distributes appropriately
Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive and protected information
Scans, uploads, and files documents accurately and efficiently
Generates regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested
Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and paper) for records and documentation
Enters data accurately into relevant software systems
Coordinates and organizes meetings, including scheduling, materials, and logistics
Assists with scheduling and maintenance of 2 company vehicles

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-2 years working in an administrative/clerical office setting
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/Power Point)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as the need arises
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exhibits proficiency in the use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, printers, scanners)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments
Ability to multitask on time sensitive tasks
Self-direction and ability to work independently
Demonstrates flexibility and cooperative attitude when requested to perform additional duties
Practices excellent customer service with BHN staff and outside visitors
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for all working hours required
