Responsibilities
Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems
Assisting the project Superintendent and Engineering in the preparation of project documentation requirements, project layout, and field office support
Preparing a design/build project estimate based on design criteria
Meeting with customers to present proposals and cost estimates
Coordinating the acquisition of all materials, monitoring tools and equipment requirements with the project team and the warehouse
Overall financial management of the project (s) including cash flow and manpower needs
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in construction specific to telecommunications
Experience with creating project schedules with tools similar to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Excel
Experience in project estimation (like estimating change orders) or completing new job takeoffs
Require understanding/knowledge of Telecommunication Systems including Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper, along with DAS
Experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K - $10M+ in Telecommunication Scopes
