Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of data analytics and AI solutions that support land acquisition, pricing, and market positioning
Develop and evolve enterprise data & AI platforms using Microsoft technologies to support analytics and AI solutions
Define and promote reference architectures, integration patterns, and development guidance for AI-enabled applications
Act as a hands-on technical leader: write code, review designs, and resolve complex technical challenges
Partner with Product Managers and business leaders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
Collaborate closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure strong data foundations, governance, and quality
Guide responsible and practical use of AI, balancing innovation with security, reliability, and maintainability
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, simplicity, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional experience in software application development with a strong background in designing, building, and operating enterprise systems
Experience delivering data-driven applications that incorporate analytics and AI capabilities in a production environment
Experience with emerging cloud, AI, and data platforms; experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric preferred
Ability to act as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor
Experience working across teams to establish shared platforms, standards, or engineering practices
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and product managers to align technical solutions with strategic objectives
Comfortable operating in a small team environment where priorities evolve and individuals wear multiple hats
Self-driven, pragmatic, and focused on delivering business value, not just technology
Strong Leadership experience with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive initiatives to successful completion and lead a team
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric preferred
