Responsibilities

Managing applicant intake, eligibility determination, and annual/interim recertifications

Operating and maintaining the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list, including updates, purges, and applicant notifications

Ensuring compliance with HUD rules on selection, preference categories, and reasonable accommodations

Coordinating with landlords, tenants, and internal department store solve issues and support successful housing outcomes

Maintaining accurate records, files, and data entry in housing management systems

Required

Three years of experience in administrative services, housing management, real estate, or social services

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to interpret and apply federal housing regulations in daily operations
