Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Client Assistant to join their growing team. The role involves providing administrative support to Personal Lines Account Managers and processing various client requests accurately.

Responsibilities

Enter endorsement items into the Agency Management System

Verify for accuracy and bill all endorsements received from carriers

Follow up on overdue items

Process all requests for vehicle changes; issue ID cards accordingly; issue binders for leased vehicle requests; issue forms and follow up

Data entry of all applicable underwriting information, correspondence or all other client/carrier pertinent information into the profit center management system as required

Assist other support staff and producers with any service related matters

Keep Personal Lines Leader apprised of any service issues or problems

Verify new policies for accuracy according to the policy checklist, bill policy accordingly, and mail the policy to the insured

Transpose all pertinent data from new and renewal policies into the agency management system and verify accuracy of info

Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures

Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office

Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing

Attend meetings as required by the Profit Center Leader or Personal Lines Leader

Pursues a course of personal, professional development
