Responsibilities
Setting and maintaining the production schedule for all internal equipment within the division
Being the connection between Project Management (PM) and Manufacturing
Communicating production times with the appropriate teams
Maintain communication with the production floor keeping up to date with production progress
Ensuring that all production going to the floor is accurate and up to date
Providing assistance to the PMs for overflow work
Overseeing the production of internal employee request work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or prior experience (4-6 years) scheduling production or directly related experience
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, and team building. Ability to influence without authority
Technically savvy – able to interface with all Production departments
Good communication skills
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
Computer skills- job tracking system and Microsoft Outlook
Occasional walking
Manual dexterity for repetitive work
Frequent Sitting for prolonged periods of time
Preferred
Heavy Litho experience
