Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting across hourly, technical, and salaried positions
Partner with plant managers and department heads to define job requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community partnerships
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams
Manage offer processes- prepare offer letters, confirm acceptances, and initiate onboarding
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate pipeline)
Support employer branding and recruitment events (career fairs, open houses, plant tours)
Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal HR processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in recruiting (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple requisitions
Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset aligned with Stow's values of teamwork, safety, and innovation
You live in the area of Adairsville: max 30 minutes drive
