Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training and support to maximize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and sales collateral
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations
Participate in sales calls, trade shows, and industry events to promote the hotel and its offerings
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality management is required
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
