They are seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in FP&A and Finance Operations, supporting analytical and operational workflows while engaging in core finance functions such as AR, Treasury, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models to support investment cases and business decisions

Assist with month-end close activities including accruals, variance analysis, and financial statements

Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis

Participate in budget reviews and FP&A planning meetings

Support accounts receivable management and reconciliation

Learn and assist with cash application, invoicing, collections processes

Assist with dashboard/report creation for business performance insights

Participate in meetings, project planning sessions, and process improvement initiatives

Learn and use new analysis tools and financial technology

Additional finance-related tasks as assigned

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program

Bachelor's or Master's candidate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Knowledge of financial modeling (DCF, IRR, ROI preferred)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Google Suite + Microsoft Excel

Strong verbal and written communication

Ability to manage multiple tasks with ownership and curiosity

Passion for financial insights and driving business outcomes

Preferred

Experience financial modeling, treasury or reporting

Evidence of strong analytical thinking and financial tool usage

Interest in automation, data analysis, and operational improvement

Located in or near the Austin area
