Designing, copywriting and delivering automated and manual CRM campaigns aligned to UEL’s brand and messaging
Supporting regional and global international recruitment plans through targeted communications
Segmenting and testing data to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time
Working collaboratively with teams across the university to ensure content is on-brand and audience-appropriate
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering digital communications campaigns
Strong copywriting skills
Confidence using CRM marketing systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
Analytical skills
Well organized
Comfortable working with data
Customer-first mindset
