Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Advancement team, fostering innovation and collaboration
Personally cultivate and secure principal gifts from major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
Launch and champion a values-driven brand narrative 'Dignity, Justice, Community, Impact' that inspires engagement and support
Mobilize the Board, CEO, and executive leaders around ambitious campaign goals and measurable outcomes
Forge cross-sector partnerships that accelerate ECS’s mission and expand our influence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of executive advancement leadership, with a proven record of securing transformational gifts and leading successful campaigns
Mastery of donor strategy, analytics, and partnership development
Exceptional storytelling, influence, and relationship-building skills
Experience operating at the enterprise level with measurable impact
Preferred
