Surge Technology Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced UiPath Lead cum Architect with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services to design, architect, and lead enterprise-scale RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end RPA architecture, governance, solution design, and mentoring teams while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with BFSI standards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of UiPath RPA solutions

Define and maintain enterprise RPA architecture standards and best practices

Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions

Drive automation strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals

Lead and mentor UiPath development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery

Review and approve solution designs, workflows, and code

Establish and govern RPA frameworks, reusable components, and libraries

Manage UiPath Orchestrator setup, configuration, security, and environments

Ensure secure credential management and compliance with IT policies

Architect attended and unattended bots for enterprise-scale deployments

Integrate UiPath with core banking systems, APIs, databases, ERP, and legacy apps

Ensure adherence to banking regulations, audit, and compliance standards

Oversee production deployments, monitoring, and bot performance optimization

Provide root cause analysis and resolution for complex production issues

Define and track automation KPIs, SLAs, and ROI metrics

Drive adoption of advanced automation (Document Understanding, AI/ML, OCR)

Support process assessment, feasibility analysis, and automation prioritization

Establish and operate RPA CoE governance models

Collaborate with business, IT, security, infrastructure, and compliance teams

Participate in stakeholder presentations, demos, and executive reviews

Support pre-sales, estimations, and RFP responses when required

Ensure CI/CD and DevOps practices for RPA deployments

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in automation practices
