Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, catalogs, social media graphics and digital ads
Maintain and evolve NewTechWood's visual identity across all design assets, ensuring brand consistency
Collaborate closely with the marketing and web teams to develop engaging content for digital platforms, campaigns, and events
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from initial concept to final production
Design and prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production when necessary
Develop and manage brand templates (PowerPoint, one-pagers, data sheets, etc.) for internal and external use
Contribute to photography direction, retouching, and visual storytelling that enhance product appeal
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and design technologies to ensure a modern and competitive aesthetics

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
5 years of professional design experience, preferably in corporate, agency, or product-focused environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva)
Experience designing for both digital and print platforms
Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and user-centered design
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
