Senior Manager, Global Marketing (Drunk Elephant)

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global 3‑year innovation roadmap and long‑term product marketing strategy
Translate consumer insights, market dynamics, whitespace analysis, and competitive intelligence into an innovation pipeline
Partner with Product Development to define the strategic vision for innovation, including unmet consumer needs, claims direction, and category expansion opportunities
Drive cross‑functional and senior‑leadership alignment on category priorities, investment needs, launch decisions, and strategic planning to support sustainable global growth
Oversee end‑to‑end global launch development, from NPD brief creation through full campaign execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
Prepare and submit NPD product briefs with senior-leadership alignment, defining key messaging, claims, consumer targets, product differentiation, and strategic objectives
Lead 360° campaign briefings and global GTM kickoffs, ensuring all cross‑functional partners understand the strategy, insights, creative direction, and execution requirements
Create and manage launch and product dossiers to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling global messaging
Partner with Creative on asset menus, shot lists, casting direction, and visual identity, ensuring alignment with product positioning and campaign strategy; attend photo/video shoots as needed
Ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of all products, packaging, global toolkits, and launch assets to align with the global marketing calendar and business goals
Monitor launch KPIs and campaign performance; analyze insights to inform future innovation, messaging, and GTM strategies
Lead strategy, performance management, and long‑range planning for key categories to support sustainable global growth
Guide global assortments, line edits, SKU productivity, and portfolio architecture
Identify whitespace opportunities, category expansion pathways, and innovation priorities in partnership with Product Development
Collaborate with regional teams to understand local category dynamics and ensure global strategies flex appropriately across markets and channels
Drive strategic support for core and hero products, including annual/seasonal campaign development, storytelling updates, and claim enhancements
Partner with cross-functional teams to build 360° campaigns and refreshes that amplify brand equity and strengthen hero positioning
Analyze core SKU performance, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for re‑support
Collaborate with Product Development on formula, packaging, or claims enhancement opportunities to maintain category leadership for hero products
Present strategic pricing recommendations informed by competitive benchmarking, financial targets, and global positioning strategy
Partner with Operations on launch sizing, demand forecasting, and long‑range planning, ensuring supply plans meet commercial expectations
Collaborate with US and International teams on assortments, line edits, pricing guidance, and forecast accuracy

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in global beauty/skincare marketing with strong grounding in brand equity, product lifecycle management, and 360° launch execution
Passionate about the beauty industry with a strong consumer‑focused and trend‑forward mindset, including experience partnering with key global markets (e.g., China)
Skilled in packaging development, artwork routing, and cross‑functional management across Creative, PD, and regional teams
Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to structure strategic narratives and build compelling decks
A collaborative leader and team player who is forward‑thinking, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong aesthetic eye with excellent PowerPoint abilities; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
