Responsibilities
Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Maintain and manage fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking
Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and supporting audit processes
Analyze financial data, including debits and credits, to identify trends and anomalies
Prepare and record accounting entries in adherence to established guidelines and principles
Utilize ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV, to manage accounting functions and generate reports
Collaborate with accounts payable teams to ensure timely processing and coding of invoices
Conduct account analysis to support decision-making and improve financial operations
Ensure all financial activities align with accounting standards and organizational policies
Provide support for general ledger maintenance and other accounting-related tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of accounting or financial analysis experience
Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Dynamics NAV, and other accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations and analyses
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Preferred
Familiarity with fixed asset management processes is a plus
