Program Manager IV - Product Development

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community
Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Allocate time to meet completion requirements
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of experience in product development, project management, health care management, business development or related field
OR Master's Degree and five years of related experience
Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
Strong presentation, communication and training skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Healthcare experience
Knowledge of commercial and government insurance programs and employer benefit strategy
Medicare knowledge
Proven track record of achieving goals and milestones
