Responsibilities
Work as part of our sales team to drive recruitment of insurance agents
Call agents to generate interest in working with FMOs
Shares the selling points of our organization
Connects prospective agent to a marketer for future service
Uses popular telemarketing tools
Attends company provided training
Meets or exceeds monthly call contacts
Qualification
Required
Communicates effectively on the phone
Uses phone etiquette best practices
Learns about new products or services quickly
Works well independently as well as with a team and is good at time management
Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Ability to consistently multi-task, prioritize and be pro-active on phone calls with agents
A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
If you are an excellent communicator with creative thinking skills who loves building relationships
Enjoys working in fast paced environment with enthusiastic, driven people
